Strategic Planning

South Coast Planning are regularly involved in strategic planning projects and processes.  We prepare a variety of strategic planning services including strategic property and development advice, Planning Proposals for rezonings and developments to local Councils and/or the NSW Department of Planning.

We are capable of reviewing and preparing strategic plans for local Councils across regional NSW which are required to inform the preparation of a Local Environmental Plan. Further, we are capable of preparing Development Control Plans (DCPs) for local Council areas.
