South Coast Town Planning is the NSW arm of Canberra Town Planning, we are based in the Australian Capital Territory and Sanctuary Point. We take pride in the work that we do and the contribution we make to the success of our clients in coastal and regional NSW.
Preliminary Advice and Planning Design
  • South Coast Town Planning can conduct preliminary investigations to understand the planning parameters and environmental constraints of your site, performing Highest and Best Use Analysis, assess the planning pathway (DA/CDC), and develop concept plans.
Pre-Lodgement Advice
  • South Coast Town Planning will attend pre-lodgement meetings with the Consent Authority to discuss your proposal.
Development Applications and Modifications
  • South Coast Town Planning can assist with managing the Development Application approval process and lodgement with Council.
Development Assessment
  • Our senior planners are Registered Planners accredited by the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and abide by the Code of Professional Conduct.  
Development Compliance
  • Representation at mediation sessions
  • Preparation of expert planning evidence (oral and written)
  • Attendance at NSWLEC proceedings
Strategic Planning
